Booking a dentist
without a receptionist
The patient opens a link, picks a dentist and sees only that dentist's free hours. You get a finished request: who, when, with whom and what for.
The patient opens a link, picks a dentist and sees only that dentist's free hours. You get a finished request: who, when, with whom and what for.
This is what we hear from clinics most often. If none of it applies to you, you do not need a booking system.
The receptionist calls back, cross-checks two schedules and reschedules. The receptionist falls ill and booking stops.
Half of all enquiries arrive in the evening or at the weekend. A missed call at a dental clinic is not a lost haircut, it is lost treatment.
Forgot, mixed up the time, booked the wrong dentist. An hour of chair time costs money, and an empty slot cannot be sold afterwards.
The patient opens a link, picks a treatment and a dentist, sees that dentist's free hours and leaves a phone number. At that moment a finished request lands in your Telegram: who, when, with whom and what for. We will build the same thing with your treatments and your dentists, free and before any payment.
All we need is a list of treatments and dentists. We show it in a couple of days.
An implant cannot be booked with a general dentist: the wrong dentist greys out in the form itself. Nobody has to call back to say no.
Whitening runs an hour and a half and needs two free hours in a row. At the end of the day and before a break it is simply not offered.
Irina is busy at one hour, Alexander at another. The patient sees the free slots of the dentist they chose, not one shared clinic calendar.
A first appointment is given more time, and the hygiene discount applies only to people who really are coming for the first time.
The single best way to cut no-shows. They send themselves, with nobody at reception involved.
Load per dentist and per day, repeat visits, revenue for the period. Only the owner sees the money.
For a clinic this is a deal-breaker, so it gets its own section.
The system runs on your server and your domain. We hand over access to the server, the domain and the database on first request, at any time.
You are the data controller, we are the processor acting on your instructions. We sign a DPA under Article 28 GDPR and send the template before work starts.
The booking form asks only for what is needed. We do not collect complaints or diagnoses in a free-text field without your decision: that is health data under Article 9 GDPR.
We name the exact figure after a conversation and write it down: it does not grow as work goes on.
Linking to the software you already use is quoted separately, from 250 €. First we look at what you run, then we say plainly whether it can be done.
Send us a list of treatments and dentists. In a couple of days we will show working booking with your data: free and with no obligation.
